What You Will Need:

• Wise Words downloadable for parents/teachers
• Scissors
• 5 Yowie capsules
• Jar

Instructions:

1. Print the Wise Words downloadable
2. Cut around each shape (You may need an adult to help with this)
3. Place the wise words into the Yowie capsules
4. Pick out a capsule and read the wise words when you need some extra motivation
