By entering this contest, I agree to have my contact information added to Yowie’s database and Yowie may use my information for its business purposes, including marketing.
By entering this contest, I agree that Yowie will own my entry, and is authorized to share it without limitation, including entry across digital channels including website, Facebook, Instagram and EDM.
No purchase is necessary to participate in the contest.
This contest is open to all people who meet the entry criteria published in these terms and conditions and who are citizens of the United States or Australia. Void where prohibited. Any other terms or conditions as may be required by applicable law are incorporated herein.
Entries will only be deemed eligible if they meet the requirements listed in these terms and conditions.
There is a limitation of one entry per person, and a limit of one winner per person per any 12 month period.
All entrants must be 13 years of age or older. For entrants between 13 and 17, entrants must have permission from their parent or guardian to enter. Winners under the age of 18 must have their parent or legal guardian consent to receive the prize.
All winners must be able to provide verification of their identity and eligibility. Once verification occurs, Yowie will ship the prize to the winners using the winners’ verified mailing address.
The result of the winners is chosen by Yowie in its sole discretion. The general criteria used for judging is reviewing all entries to determine the best answer.
The prize cannot be exchanged for any reason and is not redeemable for cash or gift cards.
Yowie may substitute another prize to the same estimated value at any time prior to the prize draw at its absolute discretion.
Winners will need to claim their prize within 7 days of notification. Yowie holds no responsibility for the winners not receiving notification of their prize or should the winners not be able to claim their prize within the redemption period outlined above.

The winners will be drawn on the last day of every month and announce promptly thereafter. The winners will be notified by email. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes. The estimated value of a prize is under $200.
As this is a competition of skill, there are no odds of winning.
PRIZE DETAILS
2 winners will be chosen each month – one winner from Australia and one winner from the United States.
U.S. prize includes: Yowie Bites, a Yowie merchandise pack, 1 complete set of Series 1 collectibles, and a lucky dip bag of collectibles from earlier series (which may include collectibles from Series 2 – 6).
Australia prize includes: Yowie Surprise Inside Chocolates, a Yowie merchandise pack, 1 complete set of Series 1 collectibles, and a lucky dip bag of collectibles from earlier series (which may include collectibles from Series 2 – 6).
