What You Will Need:
- Yowie capsules
- Pen or pencil
- Write down something or someone that you are thankful for today on a piece of paper.
- Fold the piece of paper and place it inside an empty Yowie capsule. Close the capsule and place it in the jar.
- Do this each day, until your jar starts to fill up full of all the things you are grateful for.
- When you are having a bad day, pull out one of the capsules and read something that you are grateful for to remind yourself.
